Your checklist stays in your browser

The renewal checklist runs entirely in the current browser tab. It does not ask for names, contact details, addresses, income, health information or pet information. We do not transmit answers, save them remotely, or use cookies or browser storage to retain checklist progress. Reloading resets the checklist; browser back navigation may temporarily restore a page.

Printing or saving as PDF uses your browser print dialog. You choose the printer or save location. Your chosen printer, operating system or cloud-synced folder may have its own handling rules.

No lead capture

This site has no accounts, newsletter signup or lead forms. We do not receive information entered into a provider-hosted quote or application form.

Using these forms is optional. Tally processes and stores the information you submit for the site operator, who can access it to review and respond to your inquiry. These submissions are separate from our browser-only tools and do not stay only on your device. No checklist answers are automatically sent to Tally or added to these links.

The Privacy Inquiry and Business Inquiries forms require only an email address and a message. Partial-submission collection and save-for-later are disabled for these two forms. Do not include policy numbers, identification documents, financial details, health information, pet information, passwords, or checklist answers. Review the privacy information provided by Tally before submitting.

Page delivery and analytics

Loading pages and directory data requires ordinary requests to the site host. Hosting services may process IP addresses, browser details and requested URLs in operational logs. This is separate from tool answers, which are not sent. Hosting log settings and retention are being reviewed.

Remote analytics and third-party fonts are disabled in this version. A local event interface supports a fixed list of navigation and tool-use events, but no analytics service receives them. Tool events contain no answers or results. Any future analytics integration requires a separate privacy review and an updated policy.

Leaving this site

External sites have their own privacy policies. Approved affiliate links, if added, may use network tracking after you follow the link; they will be labeled before you leave. No checklist answers are attached to outbound links. See our affiliate disclosure.
